CXPopUp - Apex, NC
As with all CXPopUp events, this is for executives and operators only (no vendors, no sales people). There will be hors d’ouvres and beverages (beer, wine, and NA options).
In addition to networking, you can expect three collaboration opportunities throughout the evening:
What’s Working - Share a test, technique or a vendor that is getting results for you.
Trust Fall - Share where you are stuck…. someone in the group might be able to “unstick” you!
The Briefing - A 5-10 minute overview of a hot topic in the CX space.
Remember, the first rule of CXPopUp is “you do not talk about CXPopUp.” Well, not really, but what’s shared during the event remains confidential so that members can truly collaborate on successes they are having and problems they are trying to solve.
A note about the member fee: The nominal fee covers the cost of the event and facilitates networking and education (it is not for profit). We don’t allow vendors to sponsor so that we can keep the event focused purely on you as operators. If you’d like to expense the event, you will be able to print a receipt and this expense justification.
