Purpose:

This event is an exclusive networking and educational gathering designed for CX (Customer Experience) executives and operators. No vendors or salespeople are allowed, ensuring that discussions remain practitioner-focused and relevant to operational challenges.

Business Benefit:

The event provides structured opportunities for professional development and peer collaboration:

• “What’s Working” segment for sharing impactful strategies, techniques, or vendors.

• “Trust Fall” round for real-time problem-solving among peers.

• “The Briefing,” a short expert-led overview of an emerging or high-priority CX topic.
